Delivery Chi○ko wo Tanomitai Onee-san

Despite constantly seeking private relief at home, the protagonist finds that his intense desires remain entirely unsatisfied. No matter how much time he spends alone attempting to ease his relentless arousal, the lingering frustration never truly fades. Driven by this unyielding need, he stumbles upon a highly unusual and provocative service advertised under the intriguing name of "Cock Delivery." The very concept strikes him as utterly absurd, leaving him deeply skeptical about its legitimacy. He questions whether such an outrageous offering could possibly function in reality or if it is merely some kind of elaborate hoax. Yet, fueled by desperation and an insatiable curiosity, he cannot simply dismiss the idea. The central conflict of the OVA emerges from this tension between his disbelief and his overwhelming physical urges, setting the stage for an encounter that challenges everything he thought he knew about fulfilling his deepest cravings.
