Shine on! Bakumatsu Bad Boys

During an era when samurai ruled Japan, a ruthless faction known as the Masked Demons launched a devastating assault on the Shinsengumi, the elite force tasked with preserving peace and public order in Kyoto. The attack nearly wiped out the entire organization, leaving only a single survivor in its wake. To fill the void left by the fallen warriors, authorities select seven convicted criminals to serve as their replacements. Among them is Ichibanboshi, a young man driven by a deeply personal vendetta after the Masked Demons murdered his parents. Stepping into the role once held by Commander Isami Kondo, Ichibanboshi takes command of this unlikely squad of former outlaws. Together, they embark on a dangerous mission to hunt down the Masked Demons and exact vengeance for the lives destroyed in their rampage. What begins as a desperate measure to restore stability quickly evolves into a wild and unpredictable journey as these reformed criminals fight to protect the very society that once condemned them. Their chaotic battle to reclaim peace and order marks the beginning of an extraordinary tale, proving that even those born in darkness can rise up and shine the brightest.
