Onipan!

For centuries, the oni—fearsome demons rooted deeply in Japanese folklore—have endured a notoriously negative reputation among humans. This long-standing prejudice has created a profound divide between the two groups, leaving the supernatural beings widely misunderstood and feared throughout history. The weight of this enduring stigma forms the central conflict of the story, setting the stage for an unconventional mission to bridge the gap between two vastly different worlds. Determined to change these deep-seated perceptions, three courageous young oni step forward to mend the fractured relationship between humans and their kind. The trio consists of Tsutsuji, whose bright and sunny disposition radiates optimism; Tsuyukusa, who brings a calm and effortlessly cool demeanor to the group; and Himawari, a boisterous spirit brimming with boundless energy. Together, these plucky children embark on a heartfelt campaign to foster genuine understanding and harmony. Rather than relying on intimidation or force, the young protagonists champion a radically different approach built upon the universal foundations of love and friendship. To aid them in this ambitious quest, they wield a truly unexpected secret weapon: superpowered underpants. Through their unwavering dedication and extraordinary abilities, the three friends strive to rewrite history and prove that humans and oni can coexist peacefully.
