Arai-kun & Haruma-senpai

Haruma Ohara is the quintessential upperclassman—charming, athletic, and effortlessly charismatic. Ao Arai, by contrast, is a reserved and adorably shy underclassman who prefers to keep to himself. Despite their contrasting personalities, fate intervenes during an unexpected encounter inside a campus elevator. What begins as a brief meeting between a hurried introvert and a popular athlete quickly blossoms into something far more meaningful. Swept up by Haruma’s outgoing nature, the timid Arai finds himself exchanging contact information before he even realizes what is happening. Soon after, the two begin crossing paths constantly throughout the university grounds. Their repeated run-ins gradually weave together a tender, slow-burn romance filled with lighthearted and heartwarming moments. While it becomes immediately obvious to everyone around them that Haruma has developed a clear infatuation, Arai remains blissfully unaware of the growing bond between them. The central question driving their story is not whether they are meant for each other, but rather how long it will take for the oblivious underclassman to finally recognize his own deepening feelings.
