Miss KUROITSU from the Monster Development Department

Kuroitsu serves as an assistant researcher within the superhuman research and development division of Agastya, a clandestine villainous organization locked in an ongoing battle against heroes dedicated to saving the world. Far from the glamorous image typically associated with evil syndicates, her daily reality is defined by the grueling demands of corporate-style scientific work conducted entirely in the shadows. Her professional life at Agastya is relentlessly demanding, leaving no room for rest or vacation. Kuroitsu finds herself constantly caught between the absurd directives handed down by her superiors and the practical limitations of her role. She must regularly prepare detailed presentations, engineer new abilities into the organization's superhumans, and deliver tangible results while strictly adhering to tight deadlines, limited budgets, and highly specific technical requirements. This relentless cycle places Kuroitsu at the center of a unique workplace dilemma. While the organization’s ultimate goal is global domination through the creation of formidable monsters and enhanced beings, her primary struggle remains profoundly relatable: navigating impossible management expectations, scarce resources, and an exhausting workload that never seems to end.
