GO! GO! TOKYO MER: Kinkyuujitai to Tatakau Nakama-tachi

GO! GO! TOKYO MER: Kinkyuujitai to Tatakau Nakama-tachi is a short original net animation produced to commemorate the announcement of the feature film adaptation of the live-action medical drama series Tokyo MER: Hashiru Kinkyuukyuumeishitsu. Created as a special celebratory project, this animated work offers a playful and imaginative departure from the intense, high-stakes emergency medicine narrative that defines the original television production. In a charming creative twist, the brief anime reimagines the familiar cast of dedicated medical professionals as an ensemble of animal characters. This lighthearted visual approach transforms the serious tone of the live-action drama into a uniquely stylized presentation, allowing audiences to experience the beloved team in an entirely new and entertaining format while marking the exciting expansion of the franchise into cinema.
