My Senpai is Annoying

Futaba Igarashi strives to establish herself as a capable, full-fledged professional in the workplace, yet her ambitions are constantly undermined by the behavior of her senior colleague, Harumi. Despite her dedication and hard work, Harumi persistently treats her like a child, making it incredibly difficult for Futaba to be taken seriously by those around her. This dynamic sets the stage for a daily routine that is anything but ordinary, as she navigates the unpredictable challenges of both her career and her personal life. Whether inside the office or beyond its walls, Futaba’s days are defined by a continuous stream of comedic antics and unexpected mishaps. Her loudmouth senpai is frequently at the center of these chaotic situations, turning even the simplest tasks into memorable ordeals. However, as these shared experiences accumulate, an undeniable shift begins to occur between them. Through every blunder and frustrating encounter, Futaba gradually finds herself growing closer to Harumi, developing a bond that complicates her initial resentment. Beneath her constant exasperation, there are subtle hints that Futaba may harbor deeper feelings than she is willing to admit. Yet, regardless of any unspoken emotions or evolving affection, one fact remains entirely unchanged: her senpai still manages to annoy her at every possible turn.
