Levi-san to Ore: Ari yori no Happiness

On what was supposed to be a relaxing day off, Shougo stumbles upon an unexpected moral dilemma when he discovers a stranger sleeping on the street. Unable to simply walk away and leave the man in a dangerous situation, he checks on him and ultimately offers his small studio apartment as a place to rest. What begins as a simple act of kindness quickly evolves into an indefinite living arrangement. The stranger, Levi, is visiting Japan on a working holiday but was deceived by a friend, leaving him entirely without shelter or employment. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Levi dedicates himself to doing whatever he believes will please Shougo, even going so far as to handle deeply personal matters that Shougo had intended to keep private. This intense devotion leaves Shougo emotionally conflicted, prompting him to distance himself from Levi while he attempts to untangle his complicated feelings alone. As Shougo struggles to understand his own heart, time quietly slips away. Once he finally grasps the truth of his emotions, he must race against the clock to reach Levi before his permitted stay in Japan expires.
