SET UP

A mysterious prompt suddenly appears, offering an unprecedented opportunity: “This version allows you to take direct control of the team and train the players. Would you like to install it?” What begins as a simple question quickly evolves into something far more complex when a junior staff member accepts the offer. Thrust into a position of unexpected authority, this newcomer is given the power to directly manage and guide a struggling roster of professional women’s volleyball players who have long been dismissed as underdogs. With this new system in place, a secret training regimen begins behind closed doors. Far from the watchful eyes of the public and the standard coaching staff, the junior employee and the athletes forge a hidden partnership built on intense, unconventional practice sessions. The players, desperate to shed their losing reputation and prove their worth on the court, must learn to trust the untested guidance of someone far below them in the professional hierarchy. As the clandestine drills push both bodies and boundaries, the line between official team management and private arrangement begins to blur. Together, they navigate the high-stakes world of competitive sports through a concealed alliance, risking everything to transform a group of overlooked athletes into undeniable champions.
