Itoshii Namida

Itoshii Namida follows the life of a devoted otaku girl who has always kept her affections safely confined to the two-dimensional world. For as long as she can remember, fictional characters have been her sole source of romantic interest, and she has never once considered looking beyond the pages of manga or the screens of anime for genuine emotional connection. The real world, with its three-dimensional people, has simply never held any appeal for her—until one unexpected moment changes everything. The catalyst for this profound shift is something as simple yet striking as a boy's tear-streaked face. When she witnesses a real-life boy crying, his vulnerable expression pierces through her carefully maintained indifference toward the physical world. For the very first time, she finds herself genuinely captivated by someone who exists outside of fiction. This one-shot explores the tender and surprising awakening of a girl who never thought she could fall for a "3D" person, proving that sometimes all it takes to bridge the gap between fantasy and reality is a single, unforgettable display of raw emotion.
