Neko Jockey

Mannenbilly is a thoroughbred racehorse whose career has been defined by relentless disappointment. Having endured a staggering streak of thirty consecutive losses, the horse appears destined for obscurity. Just when all hope seems lost, an unexpected savior arrives in the form of a feline jockey, offering a bizarre but intriguing chance at redemption on the racetrack. The unlikely team surrounding Mannenbilly is as unconventional as its newest rider. A dedicated trainer works tirelessly to care for the struggling thoroughbred, while an eccentric owner provides the unpredictable backing necessary to keep the horse competing. Together, they place their faith in a cat jockey whose actual racing abilities remain entirely unproven and shrouded in uncertainty. Despite the lack of guaranteed skill, this diminutive rider holds one undeniable advantage: an overwhelming charm that arguably makes them the cutest jockey in all of Japan. Bound by sheer determination and an absurd premise, this mismatched group sets its sights on a singular goal. Against the odds and the weight of thirty defeats, the trainer, the eccentric owner, and the adorable yet mysterious cat jockey unite in a heartfelt pursuit of their very first victory.
