My Only Doggy

Koyabashi might struggle to navigate everyday human interactions, but when it comes to selling sweets, he is an absolute natural. As the top-performing salesman at the confectionery company Inujirushi, his exceptional talent has not gone unnoticed by corporate leadership. Now, the company hopes to leverage his remarkable sales abilities to rescue their struggling pet food subsidiary, a branch of the business that is slowly fading into obscurity. However, this new assignment presents a deeply personal challenge for Koyabashi. Since childhood, he has harbored an intense fear of dogs, making a transfer to the pet food division far from ideal. Despite this daunting phobia, he is determined not to let his past anxieties derail his professional responsibilities or hinder the company's desperate turnaround efforts. As he steps into unfamiliar territory, Koyabashi must find a way to balance his outstanding career ambitions with a lifelong terror he never expected to confront in the workplace. Whether his unparalleled salesmanship can truly overcome his deep-seated dread remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: his new role at the pet food division will test him in ways no box of sweets ever could.
