Max Mojave Case Files

As a child, Chris survived a harrowing ordeal when he witnessed a murder and was inexplicably spared by the killer. That traumatic encounter left an indelible mark on him, fueling a lifelong obsession with criminal investigation. Ever since, he has dedicated himself to playing detective, relentlessly researching crimes whenever the opportunity arises. This fixation shapes his worldview until he enters college, where his life takes an unexpected turn upon meeting his new roommate, Max. Chris is immediately drawn to Max, recognizing in him a kindred spirit who shares striking similarities with his own nature. Hoping to blend into normal college life, Max chooses not to push his enthusiastic roommate away, allowing a cautious companionship to form between them. As they navigate their shared living space, the two gradually lower their guards and begin opening up to one another in ways neither anticipated. However, beneath their growing bond lies a hidden truth waiting to surface: long before they ever became roommates, their paths had already crossed in a forgotten chapter of their pasts.
