SK8 the Infinity

Reki is a second-year high school student with an unshakable passion for skateboarding. His true obsession, however, lies in "S," a clandestine and perilous downhill racing event held deep within the confines of an abandoned mine. The underground competition draws thrill-seekers who thrive on its notorious "beefs"—intense, no-holds-barred duels that frequently erupt between rival skaters during the treacherous descents. For Reki, the adrenaline-fueled chaos of these midnight races has become an irresistible addiction. The dynamic shifts when Langa, a transfer student recently returned to Japan after spending years studying abroad, enters Reki's life. Eager to share his secret passion, Reki brings the newcomer to the hidden mine where "S" unfolds under the cover of darkness. Despite having absolutely no prior experience on a skateboard, Langa is unexpectedly swept into the heart of this dangerous subculture. What begins as a simple introduction quickly transforms into something far more consuming, pulling the inexperienced transfer student directly into the high-stakes world of underground racing and forcing both friends to navigate the thrilling, unpredictable dangers of "S."
