That is the Bottleneck

At first glance, the staff at the Hot Hot Mart appears to be nothing more than a group of unremarkable employees navigating the monotony of retail life. Their daily routines are defined by mildly unproductive conversations and a shared, almost obsessive reliance on technology. Adding to the dysfunction is the store manager, whose noticeable laziness raises quiet questions about whether anyone in this establishment is truly doing their job. The atmosphere feels entirely ordinary, yet an underlying sense of unease suggests that appearances can be deceiving. Beneath this mundane surface lies a far stranger reality, anchored by Muto, a deeply mysterious worker whose face remains perpetually concealed. Always accompanied by an ominous cat that seems to follow his every move, Muto introduces an unsettling element into the otherwise predictable environment of the store. His presence hints at hidden complexities lurking behind the aisles and checkout counters. As the staff continues their seemingly trivial shifts, the tension quietly builds around what secrets Muto might be harboring. Viewers are invited to look closer and discover exactly what unfolds before the next shift begins.
