In the Reiwa XX era, Japan has enacted a strict law criminalizing all sexual activity. Hikaru Inuta is a model honor student whose father serves as the director of the Sexual Enforcement Division within the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. Raised in an environment defined by absolute compliance, Inuta has never questioned the rigid rules governing society. However, everything changes during a first-time visit to a nightclub alongside a friend, where the sheltered student stumbles upon a shocking secret thriving just beneath the surface of the law. Inside the club, Inuta discovers a massive crowd openly defying the nation's most severe mandate. Surrounded by loud music and flowing alcohol, numerous patrons are freely engaging in the very acts the government has outlawed. The sight becomes even more staggering when Inuta spots Misora, a beloved favorite idol, participating among them. Confronted by this forbidden spectacle, something unexpected awakens deep within the honor student. For the first time, a powerful and unfamiliar impulse surges through Inuta’s body, threatening to shatter a lifetime of obedience and pull the child of the enforcement director into the dangerous underground world they were raised to destroy.
