A Wish of My Sister

Kei-chan’s older sister has a habit of blurring the boundaries between them. From dressing him in women’s clothing to sharing intimate moments at the public bath, her behavior constantly challenges what is considered normal between siblings. She even goes so far as to instruct his girlfriend on how to please him intimately. Caught in the middle of her provocative actions, Kei is left wondering whether these encounters are simply playful teasing or if there is a deeper, more complicated affection driving her behavior. As their dynamic grows increasingly difficult to ignore, both must confront whether their bond can ever evolve into something beyond the forbidden. The titular story explores the tension and unspoken desires that define their unusual relationship, asking whether love constrained by societal taboos can ever find genuine expression. This central narrative sets the tone for a broader collection focused on the complexities of hidden affections and emotional vulnerability. In addition to the main feature, this volume compiles four other short stories centered around themes of forbidden love. Each tale examines different facets of desire and personal conflict through distinct narratives titled Puberty, Hanabi, Coming Out, and The Scent of Milk, offering readers a varied exploration of romance that defies convention.
