Teisou Gyakuten Sekai no Onsen de, Sansuke Yaru koto ni narimashita

A young man awakens with no memory of his past, stranded in a reality where the population consists of one hundred women for every single man. In this society, traditional gender roles are entirely inverted. He is soon discovered and taken in by Misago, the daughter of a local hot spring inn owner. She gives him the name Hisui, offering him shelter and a place to belong as he navigates this unfamiliar world. Knowing he cannot rely on their hospitality indefinitely without earning his keep, Hisui seeks a way to contribute to the inn. He is assigned the role of a sansuke—a male bath attendant whose primary duty is to wash the backs of the female guests. Rather than struggling against the customs of this reversed society, he adapts remarkably well, settling into a peaceful and fulfilling daily routine at the baths. As Hisui goes about his work, his natural charm and endearing antics inevitably draw attention. The women who frequent the inn find themselves repeatedly caught up in his orbit, and their initial curiosity gradually blossoms into genuine affection. What follows is a heartwarming ensemble story, weaving together romance and comedy as Hisui builds meaningful connections with the many women around him in this extraordinary hot spring setting.
