Zettai Renai Shugi

Zettai Renai Shugi is an anthology manga composed of several distinct short stories, each exploring different facets of romance and human relationships. The collection opens with a series of standalone narratives titled Start of Story, Dream of Aiming, Dear my Young Brother, The Fighting Girl!!, and Selfishness Sara. Together, these chapters offer a varied selection of romantic and dramatic scenarios, establishing the thematic foundation for the more complex tales that follow within the volume. The most prominent narrative in the collection centers on a young married couple whose relationship has grown stagnant and monotonous over time. Seeking to rekindle their fading passion, they decide to experiment with partner swapping. However, the experience yields drastically different reactions from each spouse. After participating just once, the young husband feels immediate regret and disgust, wanting nothing more to do with the arrangement. His wife, conversely, discovers a dark and intense thrill in the act. Unbeknownst to her husband, she secretly embraces this newfound desire, leading a hidden double life where she pursues dangerous and illicit encounters with strangers behind his back. This central storyline is further enriched by the included one-shot Crossing Man and Woman, which serves as a direct prequel, detailing the earlier events that ultimately set the stage for the couple's troubled marriage and their fateful decision.
