Nanao is a young man who goes to extraordinary lengths to infiltrate an all-girls school by adopting a convincing disguise. His true motivation for entering this restricted environment is far from academic; he seeks to gain access to an exclusive after-school club composed entirely of futanari girls, driven by his desire to participate in their intimate activities. By successfully blending in with the student body, Nanao manages to secure his place within this secretive circle and begins navigating his new double life. Once inside the club, Nanao forms a close and developing relationship with Itsuka, one of its active members. Their growing bond, however, quickly attracts unwanted attention and complicates his carefully constructed facade. Mina, a fellow classmate harboring her own intense feelings, becomes deeply jealous of the connection forming between Nanao and Itsuka. This jealousy introduces a volatile element into Nanao's already precarious situation, as Mina struggles with a severe phobia regarding male anatomy. Her deep-seated fear and envy create a dangerous dynamic, threatening to expose Nanao's secret identity while simultaneously destabilizing his newfound relationship with Itsuka.
