Tomo Kunagisa is desperate. Accused of harboring a deep-seated hatred for the very person she shares a name with, she finds herself entangled in a dire situation that threatens everyone around her. Gaisuke Utsurigi, a brilliant engineer and former member of Tomo Kunagisa's Team, has been taken captive. He is currently being held against his will within the confines of a mysterious research facility known as Kyouichirou Shadou's Research Institute, a place ominously associated with its master, the Mad Demon. To save him, Tomo sets out alongside her companion Ii, widely recognized as the Nonsense User, Iichan. Together, they infiltrate the institute with the sole purpose of rescuing Utsurigi from his imprisonment. However, their mission takes a dark turn when they are confronted with a horrifying scene unfolding right before their eyes—a grim reality far worse than anything they had anticipated. What initially appears to be a tragic conclusion is merely the opening act of a much larger nightmare. The devastating end they witness serves only as a chilling taste of the beginning that is yet to come, promising a cascade of psychological turmoil for Tomo, Neon, Ii, Kyouichirou, Shito, Misachi, Kokoromi, Kasugai, Jun, Kouta, Houko, Nanami, and the rest of Dead Blue.
