Give Me a Physical, Doc

Saeki is a rugged construction worker with a deep, private fascination for sexual pleasure. When a coworker casually mentions a red-light district where men engage in anal play, Saeki immediately dismisses the idea out loud. However, his curiosity quickly gets the better of him, and he attempts to explore the sensation alone at home. His experiment takes an embarrassing turn when he uses a battery to stimulate himself, only for it to become lodged too deeply to retrieve on his own. Desperate for help, Saeki visits Dr. Kirishima, a strikingly handsome male gastroenterologist known for his long hair. What begins as a mortifying medical procedure soon shifts into something entirely unexpected. During the treatment, Saeki boldly asks the doctor to pinpoint the exact location of his prostate. Dr. Kirishima professionally indicates the spot, but the resulting physical sensation overwhelms Saeki far beyond his expectations. Caught off guard by the intense rush of pleasure, Saeki’s embarrassment vanishes, replaced by sudden desire. In a moment of sheer impulse, he surprises them both by asking the doctor if he would be willing to go even further.
