Dekinai-ko

Dekinai-ko is a concise short story centered on a young boy defined by a single, overwhelming struggle: his complete inability to accomplish anything. In a world that constantly demands competence and achievement, he finds himself incapable of s쳮ding at even the most basic tasks. Every effort he makes seems to fall short, leaving him isolated in his own inadequacy while those around him move forward with ease. Rather than following an expansive narrative arc, this brief tale serves as a quiet character study of frustration and helplessness. It explores the emotional weight carried by someone who feels fundamentally incapable, offering a poignant glimpse into the life of a boy for whom nothing ever goes right.
