Kindan Spell

Fei and Gilbert, affectionately known as Gil, are childhood friends enrolled at the Sorcerer's Academy, a prestigious institution where students train to master magic. Despite their close bond, the two stand in stark contrast: Gil is a recognized prodigy, while Fei struggles constantly with his studies. Assigned the mundane task of organizing the academy's library, Fei stumbles upon a hidden, forbidden spellbook. Desperate to alter how others perceive him and hoping to manipulate their emotions in his favor, he attempts to cast a charm from its pages. However, the magic goes terribly wrong. Instead of achieving his intended goal, the spell backfires spectacularly, leaving Gil hopelessly enamored with Fei. What follows is a complicated shift in their dynamic as Fei navigates life alongside a best friend who is now under the influence of his accidental enchantment. As their relationship transforms, a lingering question remains: if the spell is ever broken, will the genuine connection between them survive, or are they destined to be forever bound by the magic Fei so carelessly unleashed?
