BLACK SURGE

Nagi Kujo is a brilliant surgeon whose extraordinary talents have been dedicated to saving lives in war-torn nations. After years of providing critical medical care amid armed conflicts abroad, he finally returns to Japan with a deeply personal mission: to treat his adoptive father, the very man who rescued him from hardship and taught him the art of medicine. However, upon arriving home, Nagi is met with a devastating revelation. His beloved mentor has not merely passed away; he was deliberately murdered by someone orchestrating his death. Shattered but resolute, Nagi refuses to let this crime go unanswered. Driven by grief and an unyielding sense of justice, he redirects his unparalleled surgical precision toward an entirely different kind of operation. Rather than wielding a scalpel in a sterile hospital ward, he begins cutting through layers of deception, navigating a treacherous web of lies to uncover the mastermind behind the assassination. As his investigation deepens, Nagi discovers that the conspiracy responsible for his father’s death extends far beyond anything he could have anticipated, forcing him to confront dangerous adversaries well outside the operating room.
