Ubuki has recently assumed ownership of Ginmokusei, a historic haberdashery located in the prestigious district of Ginza. The shop was passed down to him by his grandfather, who once presided over its bustling operations. However, under Ubuki’s stewardship, the once-thriving establishment has fallen on hard times, with customers virtually nonexistent and the business struggling to survive. His fortunes appear to shift when a strikingly handsome man named Tosei walks through the doors. Overjoyed by the rare arrival of a patron, Ubuki eagerly steps up to assist him, hoping this visit might signal a turning point for the failing store. Yet his excitement is abruptly extinguished when Tosei delivers a blunt critique, informing him that his customer service falls far below acceptable standards. This unexpected encounter transforms what should have been a simple transaction into a humbling wake-up call. Faced with the harsh reality that passion alone cannot sustain a legacy business, Ubuki must confront his own shortcomings. With Ginmokusei’s future hanging in the balance, he is forced to reconsider how he operates the cherished shop if he ever hopes to restore it to its former glory.
