Shin Megami Tensei: If... - Gakuen no Akuma Tsukai

Adapted from the acclaimed Super Famicom video game Shin Megami Tensei: if..., which was later ported to the Sony PlayStation, this manga brings a harrowing supernatural thriller to life. The story centers on Karukozaka High School, an ordinary educational institution that becomes the focal point of an unprecedented and terrifying magical phenomenon. Without warning or explanation, the entire school is violently uprooted from its familiar surroundings and thrust into an incomprehensible abyss. The catastrophe does not merely displace the building; it transports the complete student body and all faculty members directly into Makai, the dreaded demon world. Stripped of their normal lives and severed from human civilization, the students and staff find themselves trapped in a hostile dimension ruled by malevolent entities. In this nightmarish realm, the everyday rules of reality no longer apply, and survival becomes the sole objective for everyone caught within the school's walls. As demonic forces close in from every direction, the inhabitants of Karukozaka High School must confront unimaginable horrors lurking in the shadows of Makai. What begins as a sudden displacement quickly escalates into a desperate struggle, forcing ordinary individuals to face extraordinary peril in a domain where humanity holds no power.
