Zettai Hatsukoi Proposal

"I will make up for all fourteen years we lost, so you had better be ready." Haruomi is a thirty-two-year-old office worker who has spent his entire adult life devoted to his career, leaving him with absolutely no romantic experience. His quiet, uneventful routine is abruptly shattered when Chiaki, a heavily tattooed twenty-year-old stranger, suddenly appears before him and makes this bold declaration. Though initially caught completely off guard by the imposing young man, Haruomi soon realizes that they are far from strangers. Chiaki is actually the boy who used to live next door during Haruomi's childhood, someone he was once very close to before their lives diverged. Years ago, the two shared a childhood promise to marry one another. Now fully grown, Chiaki has taken that vow to heart, following Haruomi all the way to Tokyo to claim what he believes is rightfully his. The once-familiar neighbor's son has transformed into an assertive and intensely devoted suitor whose overwhelming affection leaves the inexperienced older man entirely defenseless. Driven by over a decade of pent-up longing, Chiaki is determined to close the distance between them. What unfolds is a lively romantic comedy centered on a twelve-year age gap, as a startled corporate worker finds himself swept into an unexpected reunion romance he never saw coming.
