Neppu Kairiku Bushilord: The Rising

In the early twenty-first century, an asteroid known as Verne collided with Earth. The catastrophic impact compounded the devastating effects of severe environmental pollution already ravaging the planet, dealing a crushing blow to humanity and its civilization. The sheer force of the collision drastically altered the world's geography, significantly lowering the surface of the planet and submerging the old continents beneath the waves. From this apocalyptic event, a radically transformed new Earth emerged, forever changing the landscape that mankind once knew. In the aftermath of this global cataclysm, the surviving remnants of humanity were forced to adapt to a harsh and unforgiving environment. With the only habitable territories being the heavily contaminated stretches of land and sea, desperate factions began to vie for control over these scarce resources. This brutal struggle for survival plunged the world into a chaotic era reminiscent of the Warring States period. Rival warlords rose to power, commanding their forces in relentless conflicts across the polluted domains, each fighting to claim dominance over the shattered remains of the new world.
