Riviere to Inori no Kuni

To save a broken nation, Riviere refuses to pray. Known only as the "Unprayer," she is an enigmatic woman shrouded in mystery who defies the very concept of faith. When McMillia is found lying in the street, on the verge of death from starvation, it is Riviere who intervenes and pulls her back from the brink. Bound by gratitude and circumstance, McMillia finds herself drawn into the orbit of this strange savior, ultimately taking on the role of her assistant. Life under the Unprayer is anything but ordinary. Each new assignment plunges McMillia into a world of bizarre encounters and dangerous figures: an Ashen Witch who leaves gambling dens in ruins, a mysterious gentleman thief operating in the shadows, a girl concealed behind a mask, and a succubus who plays favorites with those she meets. Their most pressing quest involves tracking down the illegitimate child of a former princess, a task fraught with peril and intrigue. As McMillia navigates these extraordinary challenges at Riviere's side, her days are about to become overwhelmingly busy in a land where prayer has been forsaken.
