Ichigoki is an ordinary teenager eagerly anticipating the start of his high school journey. However, his life is cut short in the most unexpected way possible when he suffers a fatal encounter with an escaped eastern lowland gorilla from the local zoo. Miraculously, Ichigoki regains consciousness, only to discover that his fragile human form has been replaced by a heavy-duty, full-metal cyborg body.
