Shitto na Watashi to Shikku na Aitsu

High school student Kamigaya Kai is no stranger to romantic confessions, yet her response is always chillingly consistent: she demands that her suitors allow her to stab them to death in exchange for her affection. By employing this morbid prerequisite, she successfully deters unwanted advances, preserving the monotonous rhythm of her existence. To Kamigaya, her entire world—defined by uninspired parents, tedious classmates, and unengaging media—is profoundly dull and devoid of color. That is until Kuwashima Kusabi enters her life. Seemingly plain at first glance, Kuwashima unexpectedly revitalizes Kamigaya's perception of her otherwise unexciting reality. When Kuwashima appears to be just another suitor foolishly driven off by Kamigaya's violent ultimatum, the dynamic abruptly shatters. Instead of fleeing in terror, Kuwashima rushes home, only to return promptly armed with a much sturdier knife.
