When demons break free from the depths of hell and scatter into the human world, a crisis of supernatural proportions unfolds. To address this threat, the Jade Emperor issues a direct command to Son Oh-Gong, tasking him with descending to the mortal realm to hunt down and capture every last escaped fiend. However, his mission comes with a significant complication: his overwhelming magical power is so immense that it would instantly terrify the demons, driving them deeper into hiding before he could apprehend them. To prevent his targets from fleeing in panic, Son Oh-Gong devises a clever strategy. He conceals his divine presence by taking refuge within the body of an ordinary high school student named Ryu Ha-Seon. By masking his true identity behind the mundane life of a teenager, he can move through the human world undetected while systematically tracking down the demonic fugitives. Embracing his sacred duty and fearsome title, he declares himself the Victorious Fighting Buddha, fully prepared to wage a hidden war on Earth. Now operating from the shadows of everyday adolescent life, the legendary warrior begins his relentless campaign to drag the forces of hell back to where they belong.
