Chiaki seemingly has it all: striking good looks, top grades, athletic prowess, and a wealthy upbringing alongside his stunning younger sister. Yet despite living an effortlessly charmed life, he suffers from one glaring flaw—he is completely unappealing to girls and has never once experienced romance. Desperate for change, he vows to reinvent himself in high school, dreaming of carefree days spent being doted on by the opposite sex. However, the morning after making this bold declaration, Chiaki wakes up to an impossible reality: he has transformed into a girl. Though initially devastated at losing the handsome appearance he took such pride in, a glance in the mirror reveals an undeniably adorable young woman staring back at him. Eager to share this bizarre development, Chiaki rushes to show off his new form to his twin sister, Kaede—a girl who happens to be wildly popular among other girls herself. But upon finding her, he discovers that something equally inexplicable is happening to her as well. Thrust into a strange new existence as the second daughter of Saitama Prefecture’s famously beautiful trio of sisters, Chiaki must navigate a bewildering world where nothing is quite as it seems. What follows is a dignified, earnest tale of first love—one that is not embarrassing in the slightest.
