Neko no Te datte Yaku ni Tatsu

Takase is a man who has always held a deep, unwavering affection for felines. To him, cats represent the pinnacle of companionship, offering a pure and uncomplicated bond that he has never found in human relationships. While his love for animals is boundless, he possesses absolutely no interest in romance with women, preferring the quiet comfort of his beloved pet over the complexities of dating. His cherished cat, Mi-chan, is the center of his world, providing him with all the warmth and connection he could ever desire. However, Takase’s predictable and peaceful life is turned upside down when an inexplicable event occurs: Mi-chan suddenly transforms into a human girl. This astonishing change shatters the comfortable dynamic they once shared, forcing Takase to confront a reality he never anticipated. Now faced with the very presence he has always avoided, he must navigate the bewildering situation of living alongside his former pet in an entirely new form. As Mi-chan adjusts to her unexpected human existence, she finds herself driven by a singular hope. She longs to reach the heart of the man who adored her as a cat but remains indifferent to women. The central question becomes whether her enduring devotion can bridge the gap between species and affection, ultimately inspiring Takase to experience romantic love for the very first time.
