Delusional Boy

A high school student named Gi Haru, afflicted with a condition that renders him unable to distinguish between reality and delusions, navigates the blurred lines between truth and fantasy. His only constants are his studious friend Kang Yul and his girlfriend Lee Ha, who are his anchors in a world that seems increasingly unreliable. However, during a pivotal moment, a poetry recitation by Kang Yul takes a dark turn, as Gi Haru witnesses a hallucination of a Nazi assembly. As the school descends into chaos, with students turning on each other, Gi Haru is convinced that this is just another one of his delusions. Tragically, the ensuing carnage is all too real, and Gi Haru is left reeling from the consequences of his actions, including the loss of his girlfriend and his sight. Detained in a mental institution, he is branded as the perpetrator of the massacre, but with the help of the capable group known as the Panthers, he begins a journey of vengeance against those who he holds responsible, particularly his former friend Kang Yul.
