On his first day of high school, Yuuya Ochi is startled to discover that the girl sitting in front of him in class is actually a young man named Shigemitsu Izumi. Yuuya's initial shock gives way to fascination, as he finds himself pondering the nature of Izumi's identity. He becomes even more intrigued when he observes Izumi waving to a handsome young man, whom Yuuya suspects is Izumi's partner. Determined to uncover the truth about Izumi, Yuuya follows him after school, only to be unexpectedly dropped-kicked by Izumi over a misunderstanding. As the two boys interact, Izumi reveals that he began cross-dressing to alleviate his twin sister Yurika's anxiety, as she is extremely afraid of men. However, Izumi also confides in Yuuya that there is another, unspoken reason for his cross-dressing, a secret that he has never shared with anyone else. Yuuya's curiosity is piqued, and he becomes increasingly drawn into Izumi's complex and intriguing world.
