Summary

In a world where he's often considered a failure, Fukuda Shinichi finds solace in cheering for others. As the 18-year-old captain of his high school's Cheerleading squad, he sets out to make the most of his summer by attending cram school in Tokyo. However, his trip is quickly derailed when he's left stranded in a rip-off bar with an astronomical bar bill. Just as his life couldn't get any worse, he's rescued by the enigmatic and charismatic Ume, a former cheerleading squad captain who's now a successful male gigolo. As Fukuda follows Ume into the world of Tokyo's red-light district, he must navigate a complex web of relationships, friendships, and the blurred lines between cheering for others and taking care of oneself.
