Ratman

Shooto is a young man whose stature falls somewhat short of the average, yet his aspirations tower high—he dreams of becoming a hero. Unfortunately, society deems his height an insurmountable disqualification, leaving him no place among the ranks of the righteous. In response, he chooses the path of a villain—or so it would seem. In truth, his alignment is far from clear-cut. Despite wearing the mask of an antagonist, Shooto consistently behaves with unmistakable heroism, leaving one to wonder just where his loyalties truly lie. At the same time, the figures society has crowned as heroes display behavior that is disturbingly cruel and underhanded, raising the question of who the real villains actually are.
