Tomoe has always lived in the shadow of his father, a corporate CEO, and his exceptionally capable older brother, Wataru. To escape that pressure, he resides apart from his family with his caretaker, Nagumo. For years, Tomoe has buried his true feelings for Nagumo, carefully maintaining a facade of indifference. But his carefully constructed world is thrown into disarray when Nagumo suddenly confesses his love. As Nagumo pursues him openly while Tomoe continues to hold back, their clashing approaches to love set the stage for a deeply complicated and emotional relationship.
