LIVES

A freak meteor shower decimates the Kanto region of Japan, abruptly ending the peaceful lives of countless people. Yet death is not the end for these victims, who gradually begin to awaken one by one in a mysterious prehistoric world. Among them is a young girl named Kyoka, who finds herself immediately set upon by a ferocious monster. She is rescued by Shinma Shingo—who is himself a monster. Kyoka then joins Shinma and his companion on their journey, searching for a way to return home.
