Summary

Official Details

Di[e]ce centers on two best friends who share the same face and the same birthday: Kazuki Naruse, an avid gamer, and Haruki Koutake, student council president of Seitohkoh Academy. Their sixteenth birthday marks the turning point, when a malfunctioning heater and eerie music broadcast over the school intercom drive nearly every student into a frenzy. The few left unaffected are designated as Players, thrust into a lethal survival game also named Di[e]ce. The conflict casts the two friends as Kings of opposing teams composed of other Players, forcing them into a dire ultimatum: one must kill the other to bring the game to an end—and, with it, the bloodshed that each round inevitably demands.
