Dorohedoro

In a squalid city known only as "the Hole," a cabal of Sorcerers abducts residents off the streets to serve as test subjects for grotesque magical experiments. One night in a dark alley, Nikaido discovered Caiman—a man cursed with a reptilian head and total amnesia. Determined to break the spell, the pair now hunts and kills Sorcerers throughout the Hole, hoping to eventually eliminate the one responsible for his transformation. However, when En, the powerful leader of the Sorcerers, learns that a lizard-headed man is systematically murdering his kind, he dispatches a team of "cleaners" into the Hole, sparking a brutal conflict between two worlds.
