Abara

In a dystopian landscape dominated by towering megastructures, a monstrous creature descends upon the city, forcing a reluctant man wielding uncanny abilities into battle. Yet he is not alone in the conflict—a clandestine government agency holds its own unresolved scores with him. At the heart of this world are the Gaunas, beings capable of manifesting bone-like armor and weaponry through a transformation that originates along the spine and gradually builds into layered protective plating. The narrative centers on one such Gauna, Kudou Denji—who initially operates under the alias Itou Denji—and also incorporates the one-shot side story *Digimortal*.
