Aoki Densetsu Shoot!

Aoki Densetsu Shoot! follows Toshihiko Tanaka, Kenji Shiraishi, and Kazuhiro Hiramatsu, three high school freshmen who forged an unbreakable bond playing soccer together in junior high. Known as the Kakenishi Golden Trio, they were instrumental in transforming their middle school team into a formidable competitor. Upon graduating, all three chose to enroll at Kakegawa High, a newly established school, specifically to play under Yoshiharu Kubo, the star athlete they had long idolized. As a freshman, Kubo had almost single-handedly led Kakegawa’s inaugural squad to the prefectural quarterfinals in their first tournament appearance. Despite receiving offers from multiple foreign professional clubs, he declined them all to remain at Kakegawa High and guide the team toward the All-Japan High School Championship. As Tanaka, Shiraishi, and Hiramatsu join the Kakegawa roster, they navigate personal struggles, romantic entanglements, and painful defeats on their journey to becoming Japan’s premier high school soccer team and etching their names into legend.
