Jungle Boy

Set in Cambodia, a country scarred by decades of war and littered with vast minefields that continue to claim victims to this day, *Jungle Boy* follows Aki Ra, a man dedicated to clearing those lethal remnants of conflict. But before he became a deminer, he was a child soldier. This is his true story—a historical testimony to a tragedy that must never be forgotten. Beyond Aki Ra's harrowing journey through war, the manga also chronicles the profound encounter between him and Akira Fukaya, a politically engaged mangaka whose deep love for Southeast Asia brought their paths together.
