Guided by a mysterious blonde named Judy Scott, Lupin traces the treasure to the Bank of Liberty in Texas. With partners Jigen and Fujiko assisting in the heist, the operation seems straightforward—until complications arise. Not only does the New York Mafia claim ownership of the gold, but Rasputon, a telepathic descendant of the infamous mad monk Rasputin, also seeks the fortune for himself.
