Fifteen-year-old Atsushi Ando returns to his hometown with his family after a six-year absence. The narrative follows the twists of fortune—both good and bad—that befall him in this familiar setting, largely set in motion by the mischievous antics of his older brother's ghost. That brother, Hitsushi Ando—nicknamed Q-Chan—died years ago, and it was his death that originally drove the family to leave town. The peculiar twist is that Atsushi alone is able to see and interact with his brother’s spectral presence.
