In the magical kingdom of Juraihelm, Tsunami is poised to be crowned queen but must first pass a crucial trial: selecting an individual capable of making the world a better place. Meanwhile, Sasami is tasked with delivering a CD from her mother’s shop to a mysterious mansion. Upon arriving, she encounters Tsunami, who reveals that Sasami has been chosen to become a magical girl. Tsunami grants her extraordinary powers and assigns Ryo-Ohki as her guide. However, the path ahead is fraught with challenges, as Tsunami’s rival Ramia also covets the throne and will stop at nothing to prevent the coronation, including creating her own magical girl, Pixy Misa, to thwart Tsunami’s plans.
