Summary

Official Details

Aspiring Pokémon master Kenta reunites with his childhood friend, Marina, at a Pokémon Center to test how much their battling abilities have grown. However, their match is abruptly cut short by a sudden thunderstorm and the appearance of Bashou and Buson, two Team Rocket operatives operating a specialized Crystal System designed to draw in Electric-type Pokémon. Following the instructions of Professor Shiranui, the duo intends to deliver the captured Pokémon to their leader, Giovanni. After uncovering the villainous plot, Kenta and Marina step in to thwart it. Their mission becomes significantly more perilous when the legendary Pokémon Raikou is trapped in Team Rocket's clutches.
